30 Day Fitness Challenge

Tomorrow starts our dirty CLEAN 30 fitness challenge! I decided to start this because I no longer play volleyball everyday (insert sad face) and my meals usually consist of Junk a.k.a 
carbs on carbs on dairy on carbs.
Here's how it works.

You can set your own rules or follow my outline for the 30 days, either way everyone needs to post a before picture tomorrow morning on Instagram. Why? Because if we post a picture, we are more likely to stick to the fitness goal if others are viewing our progress ;)  
Use #tsosg30
when posting any picture relevant to the challenge.

For your first picture, list one fitness/food goal for yourself and a quick snippet about you!

Once a day post a picture using our hashtag of a workout/meal you did/ate and ingredients or your workout routine! This way we can help each other come up with new healthy meals and exercises!

Every Monday post your progress picture, with the hashtag and where you're seeing improvement.

Eating Wise
We will be eating clean! 
No carbs
No Dairy
No Sweets

Eat as many fruits and veggies as you can! Meats are allowed, but condiments are not.
NO SALT. Drink water all day long! Hydrate!!
We are not starving ourselves, we are simply cutting out all the JUNK!
Which coincidentally is just about everything :(

Exercise 
This is up to each individual, as for me I am going to shoot for 30min weighted cardio in the am and a run in the evening.
